All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

We offer various shipping methods based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on the destination)

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the continental United States.
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following locations:

6. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, WriteWay is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our warehouse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and are not included in the shipping cost. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. WriteWay is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
